I am 45, 5′4″ and 206lbs female. I do have a controlled hypothroid condition. I am so confused in how many calories I should eat to lose my weight. I had a calorie point test done which revealed I need 1207 calories per day to sustain bodily function and then it goes on to say that I need 1569 calories to do what ever it is that i do on a day to day basis (excluding exercise).
So what is the Restin
